Hakon "Adalsteinsfostre" Den Gode, Viking King (c. 935-960)
Hakon Den Gode, son of King Harald Harfagre, became the king of Norway in 935 following his brother, Eirik Blodoks.
The design of this magnet is authentic in regards to appearance, accoutrements and coloring. He is holding a spear and a shield. This statuette is accompanied by a brief history about the Viking Age. This is a wonderfully detailed, hand painted magnet that measures approximately 3.25 inches tall and 1.25 inches wide at its widest point. While it is intended as a fridge magnet, it can also be free standing.
