From the seller... I chose to carry this book because first of all, it has a beautiful cover. Secondly, it has a wonderful selection of recipies. But most of all, the way the author writes the directions are very clear. She explains things very simply, and offers substitutions for hard to find ingredients, or gives suggestions on where you might find special ingredients. This is a wonderful cookbook, and I encourage you to try a few recipies... Who knows, you may find a new family favorite!
This book measures 9 by 6 inches and is over 318 pages long. It is paperback with a beatuiful cover and many black and white illustrations inside.
